Certificate No. 2001C-33 <br /> <br />10 Woburn Street – <br />John Gosselin, representing Emack & Bolio’s Ice Cream, received <br />approval for a temporary sign until labor day. Certificate No. 2001C-34 <br /> <br />25 Waltham Street – <br />Deborah Heffernan, representing Dewolfe, presented an awning and <br />signage. Continued for changes. <br /> <br />1062 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Lynne Sullivan received approval for an addition and new <br />garage. Certificate No. 2001C-35 <br /> <br />1709 Massachusetts Avenue - <br />Tom Fenn, representing Khushboo, received approved for <br />signage. Mr. Fenn recused himself from hearing. Certificate No. 2001C-36 <br /> <br />1646 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Sharon Spaulding, representing Spaulding Management <br />Corporation, received approval to repaint. Certificate No. 2001C-37 <br /> <br />CONTINUED: <br /> <br />1061-1063 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Carl Proper received approval for shutter and front door <br />color. Certificate No. 2001C-38 <br /> <br />12 Hancock Avenue – <br />Nicholas Gall received approval for several changes to design. <br />Certificate No. 2001C-39 <br /> <br />1840 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Nancy Leger and Matthew Carson received approval for 4 lights <br />in parking lot.
