<br /> <br />Town of Lexington <br />Historic Districts Commission <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of April 1, 2001 <br /> <br />Commissioners in attendance: Mark DiNapoli, Dan Fenn, Joann Gschwendtner, and Associate <br />Commissioners Jeffrey Denzak, Daniel Griffin and Eleanor MacQueen <br /> <br />PETITIONS HEARD: <br /> <br />1332 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Munroe Tavern – Continued to May. <br /> <br />33 Hancock Street – <br />Faith Baum received approval of plans for changes to the rear portion of <br />the house, including the garage area. The hearing is continued through the construction period. <br />Certificate No. 2001C-20 <br /> <br />2 Bloomfield Street – <br />Maria Romano, representing John and Lynn Woodhouse, received <br />approval for presented plans. The hearing is continued through the construction period. <br />Certificate No. 2001C-21 <br /> <br />2101 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Mary Ellen Rodman received approval for a change in house <br />color to Benjamin Moore 1622 (blue). Certificate No. 2001C-22 <br /> <br />9 Meriam Street – <br />Sharon Spaulding received approval for roofing materials to reroof Adams <br />Building. Dan Fenn recused himself from hearing. Certificate No. 2001C-23 <br /> <br />CONTINUED: <br /> <br />40 Hancock Street – <br />Richard Millman received approval for square pergola, grape arbor, and <br />driveway material. Certificate No. 2001C-24 <br /> <br />905 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Jack Shay received approval for landscape design and materials. <br />Certificate No. 2001C-25 <br /> <br />INFORMALS: <br /> <br />1062 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Lynne Marie Sullivan presented plans for a new addition.
