Certificate No. 2001C-8 <br /> <br />1433 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />David Williams received approval for a bluestone cap on the <br />chimney. Certificate No. 2001C-9 <br /> <br />12 Hancock Avenue – <br />Nicholas Gall presented plans to demolish existing garage and deck and <br />to build new garage under home with 2-story addition above with new driveway to be shared <br />with neighbor. Certificate No. 2001C-10 <br /> <br />10 Hancock Avenue – <br />Scott Kyle presented plans to partially demolish existing detached garage <br />and build a porch/deck and small room addition with garage below with new driveway to be <br />shared with neighbor. Certificate No. 2001C-11 <br /> <br />CONTINUED: <br /> <br />905 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Jack Shay received approval for lighting at front and side door <br />and porch lighting. Certificate No. 2001C-12 <br /> <br />INFORMALS: <br /> <br />1062 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Lynne Marie Sullivan presented plans to move driveway from <br />Plainfield Street to Massachusetts Avenue.
