<br /> <br />Town of Lexington <br />Historic Districts Commission <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of January 4, 2001 <br /> <br />Commissioners in attendance: Ian Adamson, Mark DiNapoli, Dan Fenn, Joann Gschwendtner, <br />Lynn Hopkins, and Associate Commissioners Jeffrey Denzak and Elearnor MacQueen <br /> <br />PETITIONS HEARD: <br /> <br />30 Hancock Street – <br />Ranne Warner’s request for timber and stone retaining wall, and extended <br />driveway area in rear of property was denied. Since work was completed previously without <br />approval, Commission ordered that the area be restored to exactly what it looked like previously. <br />Certificate No. 2001C-1 <br /> <br />36 Waltham Street – <br />Nathasha Lenzi, representing Carolle Chic, was denied her request for <br />signage. Commission requested she should consider other alternatives and to supply the <br />Commission with detailed information. Certificate No. 2001C-2 <br /> <br />CONTINUED: <br /> <br />52 Waltham Street – <br />Matthew Bathon, representing Windspeed, received approval for 3 signs <br />(front on post, rear hanging, and on back door). Continued for change to top portion of sign and <br />rear door. Certificate No. 2001C-4 <br /> <br />1874 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Cary Library received approval for many minor modifications. <br />Certificate No. 2001C-3 <br /> <br />14 Muzzey Street – <br />Tracy Patterson received approval for 3 signs in parking lot and 1 sign as <br />you enter parking lot. Certificate No. 2001C-5 <br /> <br />40 Hancock Street – <br />Richard Millman received approval for 2 oval windows (Marvin). <br />Continued for garden structure. Certificate No. 2001C-6 <br /> <br />7 Percy Road – <br />Matt Thenen received approval to demolish existing house and for footprint of <br />new home. Continued for more detail.
