Avenue/Edison Way – <br />Chief Casey, representing the Town of Lexington Police <br />Department, received approval for two lights to illuminate an area on Mass. Avenue for police <br />directing traffic. Lights to be installed on two existing light poles. Certificate No. 2000C-105 <br /> <br />27 Depot Square – <br />Barrett Hickman, representing Kabloom, was denied a request (5-0) for a <br />purple awning over door with wording. Certificate No. 2000C-106 <br /> <br />52 Waltham Street – <br />Unable to attend meeting, hearing continued to January. <br /> <br />14 Muzzey Street – <br />Tracy Patterson presented plans for signage in front of building and in <br />parking area. Continued for design changes and number of signs. <br /> <br />Minuteman Bikeway Bridge at Grant Avenue – <br />Peter Pratt, representing Metromedia Fiber <br />Network, received approval to remove and replace concrete encasement. Certificate No. 2000C- <br />107 <br /> <br />7 Percy Road – <br />Matt Thenen presented plans to demolish existing house and build new house. <br />Continued for more detailed drawings. <br /> <br />2001 Mass. Avenue – <br />Steven Hurley, representing the Design Advisory Committee, received <br />approval to install one (1) additional bench at St. Brigid Church. Certificate No. 2000C-108 <br /> <br />1849 Mass. Avenue – <br />Alison Haran, representing Toys on the Green, received approval for new <br />signage consistent with the building sign guidelines. Certificate No. 2000C-109 <br /> <br />CONTINUED: <br /> <br />1752/1756 Mass. Avenue – <br />Steven Hurley, representing Jeffrey Lyons, received approval for <br />window changes, repointing, reproofing, and repainting building. Continued for detail on <br />windows. Certificate No. 2000C-110 <br /> <br />10 Muzzey Street – <br />Jennifer Patterson, representing Prime Cut Hair Salon, received approval for <br />a new sign with a name change to blue a complete hair salon. Certificate No. 2000C-111 <br /> <br />905 Mass. Avenue – <br />Jack Shay received approval for column base design and granite for under <br />porch.
