Avenue – <br />Peter Chalpin, representing the Town of Lexington, presented and <br />received approval for a temporary parking plan to be in effect while the Cary Library is in Cary <br />Hall. Certificate No. 2000C-76. <br /> <br />480 Mass. Avenue – <br />Graig Dudman, representing Emily Allen, received approval to reroof <br />home with new color, and to add drip edge and ridge vent. Certificate No. 2000C-77. <br /> <br />1707 Mass. Avenue – <br />Sam Ibrahim, representing Eccoli Hair Design, received approval for two <br />new rear signs and repainting of front sign. Ms. Gschwendtner recused herself from hearing. <br />Certificate No. 2000C-78. <br /> <br />23 Bedford Street – <br />Brian Cunningham received approval for new wood windows, facia, sofits, <br />wood gutters, and storm door. Certificate No. 2000C-79. <br /> <br />1073 Mass. Avenue – <br />Patrick and Karen Martin received approval for fencing the backyard area. <br />Continued for playset and granite post with house number in front. Certificate No. 2000C-80. <br /> <br />1139 Mass. Avenue – <br />James and Kyoko Feeney presented plans for fencing front of property. <br />Commission continued hearing suggesting homeowner consider other options. <br /> <br />10 Muzzey Street – <br />Susan Lapointe, representing Christian Science Reading Room, presented <br />an acrylic holder for outside front door. Commission suggested wood would last longer. <br />Hearing continued. <br /> <br />CONTINUED: <br /> <br />846 Mass. Avenue – <br />Beth Chase received approval for a sign that will fit in existing frame on <br />building. Certificate No. 2000C-81. <br /> <br />905 Mass. Avenue – <br />Jack Shay received approval for location of bulkhead, 3 basement <br />windows, air conditioning units hidden with shrubbery, and addition of 7x9 foot bathroom with <br />double window. Certificate No. 2000C-82. <br /> <br />INFORMALS: <br /> <br />45 Bedford Street – <br />Peter Torode presented information for two air conditioning units.
