Welch, Ian Adamson, and Lynn Hopkins and <br />Associate Commissioners Carl Oldenburg and Robert Warshawer <br /> <br />11 Hancock Avenue – <br />William G. Schulze, Representing Upesh & Emily Patel, received <br />approval for removal and re-shingling of roof, minor repairs to the slate section of roof, removal <br />of aluminum siding on the house and around the two bay windows. Mr. Schulze was continued <br />until September for the rest of the project. Certificate No. 2007C-38 <br />Voting Commissioners were Chairman Joseph M.
