Griffin Jr., Alfonso <br />Hernandez and Lynn Hopkins <br /> <br />Also present were Associate Commissioners Carl Oldenburg and Robert Warshawer and <br />Department Clerk, Amy Casparius. <br /> <br />PETITIONS HEARD: <br /> <br />FORMAL HEARINGS <br /> <br /> <br />1912 Massachusetts Avenue – Linda Williams, representing Hancock Church, received <br />approval for signage. Certificate No. 2007C-30 <br />Voting Commissioners were Acting Chairman Ian Adamson, Alfonso Hernandez, Lynn Hopkins <br />and Associate Commissioners Carl Oldenburg, and Robert Warshawer <br /> <br /> <br />1620 Massachusetts Avenue – Lawrence Pelavin, representing Mr. Robert J. Ramsey, received <br />approval for signage. Certificate No. 2007C-31 <br />Voting Commissioners were Acting Chairman Ian Adamson, Daniel J. Griffin Jr., Alfonso <br />Hernandez, Lynn Hopkins and Associate Commissioner Carl Oldenburg <br /> <br />31 Waltham Street – <br />Taya Dixon, representing, Citi Bank, received approval for painting the <br />front canopy, signage and lighting on the canopy, new storefront, a concrete ramp with metal <br />railing and a brick knee wall and lighting for the alley. They were continued until August for the <br />rear architectural changes. Certificate No. 2007-32 <br />Voting Commissioners were Acting Chairman Ian Adamson, Daniel J. Griffin Jr., Alfonso <br />Hernandez, Lynn Hopkins and Associate Commissioner Carl Oldenburg <br /> <br />1752 Massachusetts Avenue & 11-17 Waltham Street – <br />Jeffery Lyon, representing Lexington <br />Center Associates received approval for a mailbox and signage for 17 Waltham Street. They <br />were continued until August for a covering over the stairs in the rear. Certificate No. 2007C-33 <br />Voting Commissioners were Acting Chairman Ian Adamson, Daniel J.
