Certificate No.2007C-18. Voting Commissioners were Chairman Joe Welch, Lynn <br />Hopkins, Daniel J. Griffin Jr., Alfonse Herandez, and Associate Commissioner Carl Oldenburg. <br /> <br /> <br />43 Waltham Street Chau-ming Lee and Architect Arthur Chu representing Daikanyama <br />Japanese Restaurant, received approval for signage.
