Williams <br /> Petition Address: 397 Lowell Street, Map and Lot: 46 -37 <br /> The relief sought is for a Special Permit in accordance with section 88 -A (1) and 135 -91 <br /> G (1) of the Zoning Bylaw to allow installation of a personal wireless services facility. <br /> The Chairman opened the continued hearing at 7:30 PM. A letter was received from the <br /> petitioner asking that the request be withdrawn without prejudice. On a motion by Nyles <br /> N. Barnert and seconded by David Williams, the Board voted 3 -0 to allow the request to <br /> be withdrawn without prejudice. <br /> Other business: <br /> On a motion by Nyles N.
