<br /> <br />Town of Lexington <br />Historic Districts Commission <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of April 5, 2007 <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioners present: Chairman Joe Welch, Ian Adamson, and Alfonso Hernandez. <br /> <br />Also present were Associate Commissioners Marilyn Fenollos, Paul Ross and Robert Warshawer <br />and Department Clerk, Dianne Cornaro. <br /> <br />PETITIONS HEARD: <br /> <br />FORMAL HEARINGS <br /> <br /> <br />36 Hancock Street <br /> – Susan Bennett, representing The Lexington Historical Society received <br />approval for shingles, siding repairs, wood gutters and to replace windows, Certificate No. <br />2007C-15. Signed continued form for additional work to be done to the Hancock-Clarke house. <br />Voting Commissioners were Chairman Joe Welch, Ian Adamson, Alfonse Hernandez and Robert <br />Warshawer. Paul Ross and Marilyn Fenollosa recused themselves from this hearing. <br /> <br />12 Hancock Street <br /> - John Michaud received approval for house color change, new storm <br />windows and to replace a door with a window. Certificate Number 2007C-16 – A decision on <br />shutters was continued. Voting Commissioners were Chairman Joe Welch, Ian Adamson, <br />Alfonse Hernandez and Associate Commissioners Robert Warshawer and Marilyn Fenollosa. <br /> <br />1536 Massachusetts Avenue – <br />Jon Wardell received approval to widen driveway and <br />turnaround and to add additional parking area off Winthrop Street.
