All lighting will be screened from the view of abutting residential properties. <br /> There will be no exterior lighting on the building after operating hours except for <br /> low -level security lights. <br /> 8. Signage will conform to the zoning bylaw. <br /> 9. Snow will be removed promptly and not allowed to pile up on the property so that <br /> it obstructs sight -line visibility. <br /> 10.
