Citizens and Other Boards There were no citizens or other boards present. 2. Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes th Dick Thuma moved and Bob Boudreau seconded approval of the October 17 Recreation Committee minutes. The Recreation Committee approved the motion 5 – 0. 3.Youth Sports Council Update Peter Coleman, Supervisor of Recreation, provided the Recreation Committee with background information about the proposed Youth Sports Council, including the th questions and issues raised at the September 19 Summit. He then offered the Recreation Committee a proposal (attached) for the “charge” and framework of the Youth Sports Council. The Recreation Committee with input from Lexington High School Athletic Director, Tony Porter, and Lexington Youth Lacrosse President, Paul Mazur, discussed and debated the proposed membership, terms of office, and number of yearly council meetings, as well as an appropriate schedule of reports to the Recreation Committee.
