Mr. Dixon <br />reviewed his proposal to design, plan, build and install a sign at Lincoln Park designating the <br />field number and location. The Recreation Committee expressed enthusiasm for this project, <br />and discussed possible locations for the installation of the sign. Tom Dixon, Dave <br />Pinsonneault and Karen Simmons will meet to determine the final location when the project <br />nears completion. <br /> <br />4. Lincoln Park Update <br /> <br /> Sheila Butts reported that the Town hoped to settle with Quirk Construction within two <br /> weeks. Work on the Overlook has not yet begun. All permits and insurance documents <br /> except one have been submitted. Once the outstanding insurance document has been <br /> submitted work can begin. <br /> <br />5.
