Recreation Committee Meeting Minutes <br />The minutes of the June 15, 2005 Recreation Committee Meeting were reviewed and <br />accepted by a vote of 3 – 0. <br /> <br />3. Daniel Woodhouse – Eagle Scout Project presentation <br />Karen Simmons introduced and welcomed Daniel Woodhouse, Eagle Scout candidate. <br />Daniel explained the overall purpose of an Eagle Scout project, and presented the <br />Recreation Committee with his proposal and designs for the construction of a scoreboard <br />for the Fitzgerald Little League Field at the Center playground. (Schematics are <br />attached). Daniel told the Committee members that if his proposal were approved it <br />would be his goal to get the scoreboard completed and installed by Little League Opening <br />Day, 2006. <br />After a brief question and answer period, Rick DeAngelis made the following motion: <br />The Recreation Committee approves Daniel Woodhouse’s Eagle Scout <br /> Project to construct a scoreboard at the Fitzgerald Little League Field <br />substantially in accordance with the presentation and consistent with <br />Design #2. The project is subject to review and approval by Karen <br />Simmons and David Pinsonneault of the construction methods, materials <br /> and location. <br />Sandra Shaw seconded the motion. <br />1625 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE • LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02420 <br /> <br /> <br />
