Citizens and other boards <br />Sandra Shaw recognized Lynne Wilson of the Lincoln Park Sub-committee. Ms. <br />Wilson thanked Recreation Committee member Don Chisholm for his many years of <br />participation to the Lincoln Park Sub-committee. <br /> <br />2. Recreation Meeting Minutes <br />thth <br />Dick Neumeier moved to accept the minutes of the June 27 and July 17 Recreation <br />The minutes were <br />Committee meetings. Pam Varrin seconded the motion. <br />accepted by a vote of 4–0. <br /> <br />3. Skate Park Update <br />Dave Pinsonneault updated the Recreation Committee on the status of the Skate Park. <br />He noted that the drainage installation is still a work in progress. The trenches for the <br />drainage pipes are done, but the basins have to be put in place. Once this is <br />completed, the pipes can be attached. Don Chisholm asked if the drainage system <br />was installed on more than one side of the Skate Park. Dave explained to the <br />Committee that the drainage trenches run along the Center track end of the park and <br />also parallel to the first base line of Center #2. <br />Once the drainage system is complete and accepted by the Engineering Department, <br />the cement pad can be poured. <br /> <br />4. Lincoln Park Sub-Committee Update <br />Nell Walker reported to the Recreation Committee that she has spoken with Rick <br />White regarding the appropriate allocation of funding for the proposed Feasibility <br />1625 MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE • LEXINGTON, MASSACHUSETTS 02420 <br /> <br /> <br />
