Recreation Meeting Minutes th Dick Neumeier moved to accept the minutes of the April, May and June 5 The minutes Recreation Committee meetings. Pam Varrin seconded the motion. were accepted by a vote of 3 –0. 2. Skate Park Update Karen Simmons reported to the Recreation Committee that she and Dave Pinsonneault had met with Bob McConnell and the contractor scheduled to install drainage at the Skate Park. The Town Engineering Department has notified the Skate Park Committee that all drainage must be in place prior to laying the cement and installing any skate events. She also detailed a letter sent to Bob McConnell regarding risk management items that the Skate Park Committee and future skaters must adhere to. In order for The Town of Lexington Recreation Department to be properly insured, the Risk Management representatives require proper signage be installed at the site, fencing surround the skate park, prohibition on any wooden ramps or skate events, and inspections on a regular basis. Bob McConnell also mentioned that a doctor from Mt.
