<br />Selectmen’s Meeting <br />October 6, 2006 <br /> <br />A meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held on Friday, October 6, 2006, at 8:30 a.m. in <br />the Selectmen’s Meeting Room. Chairman Krieger, Mr. Kelley, Mr. Pagett, Mr. Cohen, Mr. <br />Manz; Mr. Valente, Town Manager; and Ms. Pease, Executive Clerk were present. <br /> <br />Vote to Sign the State Election Warrant <br /> <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to sign the warrant for the November 7, <br />2006 State Election. <br /> <br />Water and Sewer Retained Earnings Analysis <br /> <br />Scott McIntyre, Melanson Heath, presented a water and sewer retained earnings (free cash) <br />analysis for the period June 30, 2002 through June 30, 2006. While reconciliations have <br />been completed for FY2002 through FY2005, some work remains to be done on FY2006. <br />Melanson Heath will report back to the Town when that is completed. <br /> <br />Mr. Valente plans to present a balance sheet and an income sheet as part of the routine <br />analysis of the water and sewer enterprise funds. He also wants to get a history of <br />consumption data within the next 2 to 3 years and complete the changing over of the 3,000 <br />meters currently inside to outside meters. <br /> <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was voted to adjourn at 10:20 p.m. <br /> <br />A true record; Attest: <br /> <br /> Lynne A.
