<br />PLANNING BOARD MINUTES <br />MEETING OF MARCH 12, 2007 <br /> <br />The Lexington Planning Board attended the Board of Selectmen’s meeting held in the <br />auditorium of Cary Hall. That meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. by Chairman Kreiger. <br />Planning Board members Canale, Hornig, Galaitsis, Manz, Zurlo and planning staff McCall- <br />Taylor were present when the discussion of Town Meeting warrant articles 4 and 5 began at <br />9:20. <br /> <br />Mr. Zurlo and Mr. Hornig did a presentation on the Inclusionary Zoning By-law, assisted by Mr. <br />Bob Bicknell of the Housing Partnership Board. Mr. Galaitsis spoke in opposition to the article. <br />Following questions and comments from those in attendance, the Board of Selectmen decided to <br />postpone taking action on a recommendation. <br /> <br />Article 5, the Tree By-law, was presented by Mr. Canale. The Board of Selectmen voted to <br />recommend favorable action on this article. <br /> <br />The items for which the Planning Board was in attendance were completed at 10:45 and the <br />Planning Board members dispersed. The Selectmen’s meeting continued with other items. <br /> <br /> <br /> Gregory Zurlo, Clerk <br />
