Motion: Recommend approval of STM Articles 2a, 3, 4, 5 and CEC Report to 2010 STM as amended.
Both pass 5:0
Motion: Strawman vote on Selectmen Kelley's proposed amendment to change Article 2a to remove
PCB mitigation funding. 5:0 to reject amendment.
