<br /> <br />Lexington Housing Partnership <br />Meeting Minutes for the Ad Hoc Busa Subcommittee of the Lexington Housing <br />Partnership <br /> <br />December 30, 2010 <br />Attendees: <br /> <br />LHP: Bob Bicknell, Tom Harden, Betsey Weiss, Chris Kluchman, Ken <br />Kreutziger <br />LexHAB Bill Kennedy <br />Guest: Janet Kern <br /> <br /> <br />Location: Hancock Church Library, 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The group reviewed and discussed the Busa Land Use Committee meetings to date. <br />Janet explained the desires of the LexFarm group in terms of housing. The group <br />discussed the pros and cons of this approach, including the importance of being <br />consistent with fair housing laws. <br /> <br />The group discussed other aspects of housing on the Busa site including access, <br />height, design, connection to farming activities, and green construction. <br /> <br />One group member felt strongly that LHP continue to advocate for recreation uses on the <br />site.
