Support was expressed by <br />members. <br /> <br /> P&E <br />: <br />ROGRAMS VENTS <br /> C <br />: With 3 major event weekends (opening, corporation, <br />OORDINATORS <br />closing0 – questions were raised on how the programs/events should be <br />coordinated – with a sole event coordinator or multiple coordinators with <br />assistants/backups. Consensus was to have multiples with assistants so to <br />spread the responsibilities and provide for overlap/backup. <br /> IW– <br />Weekend of March 16/17, 2013 identified <br />NCORPORATION EEKEND <br />as Incorporation Weekend <br /> V- <br />must be identified, reserved & scheduled <br />ENUES <br /> <br /> M: <br /> <br />EMENTOS <br /> <br />Pole banners – check with Eric Carlson – sponsors/fees? <br /> <br />Decals <br /> <br />Pins – Jessie Steigerwald working with vendor for payment procedures <br />through Donna Hooper <br /> <br /> P: <br /> Check with Denise Dube – for possible Article for Colonial <br />UBLICITY <br />Times – June 2011? <br />th <br /> <br /> FA <br />– Donna Hooper explained opportunity for the Lexington 300 <br />ENN WARD <br />Anniversary Committee to collaborate with the Town Clerk’s Office for a <br />joint proposal to the Fenn Award Committee to create a presentation piece <br />showing the 2 Town Seals and 3 votes of the Massachusetts Legislature re: <br />precinct, first parish & incorporation.
