The thought of a <br />$3.00 charge for many events, etc. was mentioned – 300 pennies. <br />Donna identified a need to keep connected with those who reserve the rooms in municipal <br />buildings – what may or may not be required to be charged a fee? <br /> <br />th <br />Sue Rockwell reported the Selectmen voted at the February 14 meeting to update the <br />th <br />Charge for the 300 Anniversary Celebration Committee, removing piece regarding setting <br />up a private non-profit entity. <br /> <br />b.Logo – Van Seasholes provided an update on the status of the high school <br />logo competition and entries to date. <br /> <br />c.Dick Kollen distributed listing of the ‘other’ Lexingtons – a listing of 22 and <br />th <br />thoughts of inviting the Lexingtons to the April 19 parade float.
