Tally of Out-of-Country Ballots - November 4, 2008 State Election
Present: Luanna Devenis [R], Chairman; Sarah Warren [D]; Donna Hooper [U], Clerk
Assistant Registrar/Assistant Town Clerk: Dianne Snell
Chairman Luanna Devenis called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.
Registrars called the meeting for the sole purpose of tallying out-of-country ballots
o
received after, but within 10 days of, the close of polls for the November 4, 2008
State Election as instructed by state statute. Results will be sent to the Secretary of
State as part of Lexington’s November4, 2008 election results.
Luanna Devenis, Sarah Warren, Donna Hooper, and Assistant Registrar Dianne Snell,
o
counted out-of-country/overseas ballots. Results were provided for inclusion in the
Official Election Results to be reported to the Secretary of State.
