March 12, 194$ <br /> The foregoing amendment to zoning by-law is hereby approved. <br /> (Signed) Clarence A. Scribner, which were both duly seconded. <br /> Written ballots were taken witn the following results: <br /> Charles E. Scribner 25 <br /> Edmund J. Costello - 12 <br /> Charles E.
