SPECIAL ELECTION TOWN MEETING 'EMBERS, PRECINCT ONE 261 MARCH 21 , 1949 Special Election held to decide the tie vote between Donald T. Clark , 25 Moon Hill Road and Francis J. Moore , 222 Follen Road , for the seventeenth position at the Annual Town Election held March 7, 1949. Meeting called to order at 7:30 P. M. by Town Clerk , James J. Carroll. There were forty Town Meeting Members present. Paul J. McCormack was unanimously elected as Clerk for the meeting. Charles T. Abbott was unanimously elected as Chairman for the meeting . served as Teller. Voting was by means of secret ballot . Donald T. Clark received twenty-five votes. Francis J. Moore received fifteen votes. Donald T. Clark was elected as a Town Meeting Member, Precinct One, for a term of three years ending in 1952 . ii wn Clerk P Lexington, Mass. Meeting called to order at 7:4.5 P. M. by Town Clerk , James J. Carroll. There were thirty Town Meeting Members present. George E. Graves was unanimously elected as Clerk for the meeting . Norman A. Downs was unanimously elected as Chairman for the meeting. Leland H. Emery served as Teller . Nominations were made from the floor for Grant B. Cole , 97 Blake Road, which was duly seconded, also for Bradford Giddings, 3 Stetson Street , which was duly seconded. Nominations closed, as motion made and seconded. So voted. Balloting was by means of a secret ballot .
