435 <br /> CHAPTER 104. <br /> THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS <br /> IN THE YEAR ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND E1FTY <br /> AN ACT VALIDATING THE ACTS AND PROCEEDINGS AT ADJOURNED SESSIONS <br /> OF THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING OF THE TOWN OF LEXINGTON HELD IN THE <br /> YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-NINE . <br /> Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General <br /> Court assembled , and by the authority of the same , as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. The acts and proceedings of the town of Lexington <br /> at the adjourned sessions of the annual town meeting held in the <br /> year nineteen hundred and forty-nine , which adjourned sessions <br /> were held on March twenty-eighth, nineteen hundred and forty- <br /> nine and April fourth , nineteen hundred and, forty-nine , and all <br /> acts done in pursuance thereof, one hereby confirmed and made valid, <br /> notwithstanding the failure to give notice of the adjournments as <br /> required by the by-laws of said town , to the same extent as if <br /> the said adjourned sessions had been called, held , conducted and <br /> adjourned in strict compliance with law. SECTION 2. This act <br /> shall take effect upon its passage. <br /> House of Representatives, February 9, 1950. <br /> Passed to be enacted, Thomas P.
