456 <br /> Chapter 120 77,1 <br /> 71- <br /> THE COMMONW Ai STH OF MASSACHUSETTS ;ur' <br /> In the Year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-four <br /> AN ACT TO DEFINE IN PART THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN THE TOWNS OF <br /> LEXINGTON AND WINCHESTER. <br /> Be it enacted b= the Senate and House of 3e •resentatives in General <br /> Court assembled, and b the authorit . of the same , as follows : <br /> SECTION 1. The following described line shall hereafter be the boundary <br /> line in part between the towns of Lexington and Winchester. Be- <br /> ginning at a stone monument Ln the boundary line of said towns as <br /> heretof ore established, which monument is situated at latitude <br /> forty-two degrees, twenty-six minutes, thirty-seven and- three-tenths <br /> seconds, longitude seventy-one degrees, ten minutes, fifty-nine <br /> seconds, and is known in said town of Lexington as number LW-three <br /> and in said town of Winchester as corner number five, thence running <br /> north forty-five degrees, one minute west about eighteen hundred and <br /> seventy-two feet to a monument in the boundary line of said towns as <br /> heretofore established, which latter monument is situated at latitude <br /> forty-two degrees, twenty-six minutes, fifty and thirty-seven one- <br /> hundredths seconds, longitude seventy-one degrees, eleven minutes, <br /> sixteen and sixty-six one-hundredths seconds, and is known in said <br /> town of Lexington as number LW-one and in Said town of Winchester- as <br /> corner number six. SECTION 2.
