Benjamin W. White, 18 Peacock Farm Road, resigned as a Town =1 <br /> Meeting Member in Precinct Two as of July 7, 1967. Ary <br /> Alvin L. Schmertzler, 23 Peacock Farm Road, was moved up, <br /> and has accepted Town Meeting Membership in Precinct Two as of <br /> July 7, 1967. Term ends in March 1968. <br /> Edward R. Bellone, 142 Worthen Road, resigned as a Town Meeting <br /> Member in Precinct Four as of August 15, 1967. <br /> Joseph A. Trani, 11 Slocum Road, was moved up, and has accepted <br /> Town Meeting Membership in Precinct Four, effective as of August 15, <br /> 1967. <br /> James F. Flynn, 3 Minute Man Lane, Town Meeting Member in <br /> Precinct Six, died on November 15, 1967. <br /> Mary T. Cogan, 29 Patterson Road, was moved up, and has <br /> accepted Town Meeting Membership in Precinct Six, filling the <br /> vacancy caused by the death of Mr. Flynn. Term ends in March <br /> 1968. <br /> Mary R. McDonough resigned as Town Treasurer effective <br /> December 1, 1967. Paul G. Yewell was appointed temporary Town <br /> Treasurer by the Board of Selectmen until the next Annual Town <br /> Election which will be held March 4, 1968. <br /> own Clerk <br /> Alan S. Hodges, 21 Dawes Road, resigned as a Town Meeting <br /> Member in Precinct Two, effective February 19, 1968. <br /> This vacancy was not filled at this time because the time <br /> had expired for encumbants to file for the March election. This <br /> vacancy will be filled at the March 4, 1968 Annual Town Election. <br /> (WARRANT FOR ANNUAL TOWN MEETING - See Warrant Book) <br /> ANNUAL TOWN MEETING <br /> March 4, 1968 <br /> In pursuance of the foregoing warrant the legal voters of the <br /> Town of Lexington met in their respective voting places in said <br /> Town of Lexington on Monday, March the fourth in the year of our <br /> Lord nineteen hundred and sixty-eight at 7:00 in the forenoon. <br /> The following places were designated as the voting places for <br /> the various precincts: Precinct One, Harrington School; Precinct Two, <br /> Adams School; Precinct Three, Cary Memorial Hall; Precinct Four, High <br /> School; Precinct Five, Central Fire Station; Precinct Six, Maria <br /> Hastings School. <br /> The following election officers having been duly appointed <br /> by the Selectmen, and Wardens of the various precincts were <br /> assigned for duty as follows: <br /> Precinct One Precinct Two <br /> Mary E.
