Riffin, 6 Field Road was moved up to fill the <br /> vacancy caused by Mr. Burnell' s resignation. Term ends in March, 1963. <br /> Norman J. Richards resigned as a Town Meeting Member in Precinct <br /> Four as of March 8, 1962. <br /> Allan Green, 6 Barberry Road, was moved up to fill the <br /> vacancy caused by Mr. Richard' s resignation. Term ends in March, 1963. <br /> Otis S. Brown, Jr. resigned as a Town Meeting Member in Precinct <br /> Three as of March 13, 1962. <br /> William R. Carroll, read the warrant for the meeting <br /> until further reading was waived by the Moderator at 8:01 P. M. <br /> Town Clerk, James J. Carroll, read the Constable' s Return. <br /> 8:01 P. M. - <br /> Article 2. J. Harper Blaisdell, Jr. moves that Appropriation <br /> Committee Report be accepted and placed on file. <br /> Carried 8:02 P. M. <br /> Donald P. Noyes presents report of the Capital Expendi- <br /> tures Committee which was voted to be accepted and placed <br /> on file. 8:03 P. M. Carried. <br /> Alan G. Adams reads Report of the Cary Lectures Committee <br /> which was voted to be accepted and placed on file and the <br /> committee discharged. Carried 8:05 P. M. <br /> Austin W.
