Approved, 3:0. Presentation and Discussion of Vynebrooke Village Water Remediation Project $364.8K, 48 units, $7.6K/unit. 1,680' of French drain. Conservation Commission doesn't expect any negative impact on the Vine Brook water flow. Presentation and Discussion of Pavement Management Study Cost is $0.75 - $1.25 /sq. yd. for roadway pavement in the Routine - Maintenance Band, $6.00 – $8.50 /sq. yd. in the Preventive - Maintenance Band, about $20.00 /sq. yd. in the Structural- Improvement Band, and approaching $80.00 /sq. yd. in the Base - Rehabilitation Band. Lexington's Pavement Condition Index (PCI) is 68 —which is at the bottom of the Routine - Maintenance Band; just above the Preventive - Maintenance Band. In 1999, the PCI was 47.
