<br /> <br />Lexington 300 Anniversary Celebration Committee <br />th <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes <br />October 2, 2009 <br /> <br />Attending: Susan Rockwell, Richard Kollen, Donna Hooper, Cindy Savage <br /> <br />Called to order by Sue Rockwell, Chairperson, the 2 meeting of the Lexington 300 <br />ndth <br />Anniversary Celebration Committee was held at 10:00 a..m., Friday, October 2, 2009 at <br />the Ellen Stone Room, Cary Memorial Building, 1605 Massachusetts Avenue. <br /> <br />The Committee discussed opportunities for the 300 celebration and outlined plans for <br />th <br />presenting thoughts to the Town Celebrations Committee and gathered participants in <br />the annual celebration of Patriot’s Day, scheduled for Wednesday, October 7. <br />th <br /> <br />Sue Rockwell will prepare presentation and information discussed at the Committee’s <br />first meeting will be organized for distribution at the October 7 meeting. <br />th <br /> <br />Donna Hooper, Scribe <br />October 2, 2009 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
