Discussion of Battle Green Master Plan Study
$2.25K of the requested $25K is for contingencies. $8.5K is for bid documents and plans, and $2.5K is
for report for phased implementation (including attending meetings); all of those amounts probably
won't be needed.
Recommendation: Support $25K, but express our concerns in our report about the bid - related and
implementation allocations.
Presentation of Stretch Code by Mark Sandeen followed by discussion.
