Lent,Director of Assessing,Todd Laramie, Residential Inspector/AnWyst,Scott Bouthiette,, Resident4l Inspector/Analyst and <br /> Sandra Pentedemos,,Administrative Assessor. <br /> The Chairman,Gring is being held in accordance with Governor Baker's March 12,2020 <br /> Executive Order suspending certain provisJons of the Open Meeting Law to al"I'low remote participatillon during Massachusetts'State of <br /> Emergency due to the outbreak of COVI D-19. <br /> Mr, Johnson provided iinstructrons to the members of the public,who were watching or listening to the meeti1LfCation <br /> regarding the procedure of making a public comment. <br /> OQen,S s <br /> Public Comment Time, None present, <br /> There were no&scuss-ons of Financial Issues including Overlay Fund,, <br /> Chairman Johnson made a motion that the Board of Assessors go into Executive Session under Purpose 7�in order to deliberate Fiscal Year <br /> 2020 Statutory Exemptions, Real Estate Abatement Applications and Personal Property Abatements since deliberation in Open Session could <br /> be detrimental to potential appeal or litigation matters,consistent with requirements and practices specified in the Open Meeting Law Guide. <br /> The Board voted,3-0,in favor to go into Executive Session at 9,30 a.m. <br /> Executive Session occurred here: details may be viewed ire r te Executive Session folder. <br /> Upon mot-on d u ly made and seconded, the Boa rd of Assesso rs adjou rned I he Executive Session at 10,15 a,m.a nd returned to Ope n Sessio n <br /> of the Meefing. <br /> Oven Session <br /> The Boa rd u nanimous ly voted 3-0 in favor of sixteen denials and approved 4 of the F isca I Yea r 2020 C h apte r 59 Sect on 59, Rea I Estate <br /> Applications.(See list in Executive <br /> r® <br /> The Board unanimously voted 3-0 in favor of 5 approved Fiscal Year 2020 Chapter 59 Section 59, Personal Property Abatement applications <br /> (See List in Executive folder). <br /> The Board unanimously voted 3-0 in favor of the approved and denial statuses of the Fiscal Year 2020 Chapter 59, Section 5 Various <br /> Maluses of Statutory Exemption applications. (See list in Executive folder). <br /> There were no pending Appellate Tax Board actioos to discuss.
