Lerit, Director of Assessing,Todd Laramie, Residential Inspector/Analyst, Scott Bouthiette Resideftal lnspector/Ana�yst and <br /> Sandra Pentedemos,Administrative Assessor. <br /> The Chairman, Gregory Johnson stated the remote parficVation meeting is being held in accordance wititt Governor Bakers March 12,2020 <br /> 01 <br /> Executive Order suspending certain prov;s'ons of the Open Meetirtg Law to allow remote participation du4ing Massa,(�husetts`State of <br /> Emergency due to the outbreak of COVI 0-19. <br /> Mr Johnson provided instructions to the members of the p0liic,who were watching or listewng to the meeting via the Zoom appkcafioin <br /> regarding the procedure of making a public comment. <br /> 0 <br /> pen Session <br /> Public Comment Time: None present. <br /> There were no discussions of Financial Issues including Overlay Fund <br /> Chairman Johnson made a motion that the Board of Assessors go into Executive Session under Purpose 7 in order to delberate Fmcal Year <br /> 2020 Statutory Exemptions, Reall Estate Abatement Applocations and Personal Property Abatements since deliberation in Open Session could <br /> be detrimental to potential appeal or litigation matters,consistent with requirements and practices specified in the Open Meefing Law Guide,, <br /> The Board voted,3-0 in favor to go into Executive Session at 9,05 a.m. <br /> Executive Session occurred here: detail,s ma be viewed in§Sparate Executive Session folder. <br /> y_ <br /> Upon mot'on duly made and seconded,the Board of Assessors adjourned the Executive Session at 10-30 a.m. and returned to Open Session <br /> of the Meeting. <br /> Open Session <br /> The Board unanimously voted 3-0 in favor of twenty denials and approved 7 of the Fiscal Year 2020 Chapter 59 Section 59,Real Estate <br /> Abatement Applications. (See list in Executive folder). <br /> The Board unanimously voted 3-0 in favor of two approved Fiscal Year 2020 Chapter 59 Section 59,Personall Property Abatement <br /> Applications. (See List in Executive folder). <br /> There were no Fiscal Year 2020 Chapter 59 Section 5,Various Clause Statutory Exemption Applications, <br /> There were no pending Appellate Tax Board actions to discuss.
