T <br /> Housing Partnership Board <br /> Meeting Minutes for November 4, 2019 <br /> Attendees: Harriet Cohen,Jeri Foutter, Paul Linton,Wendy Manz, Bob Peters, Bob Pressman, Melanie <br /> Thompson, Betsey Weiss <br /> Absent: Mary Haskell, Rich McDonough, Melinda Walker <br /> Guest: Mark Racicot, Metropolitan Area Planning Council (MAPC) <br /> The Housing Partnership Board ("the HPB") met in joint session with the Select Board.The HPB was <br /> chaired by Ms. Foutter and minutes were taken by Ms. Cohen.The meeting was called to order at 8:30 <br /> pm. <br /> After calling the meeting to order, Ms. Foutter introduced the members of the HPB. She then introduced <br /> Mark Racicot of MAPC. <br /> Mr. Racicot presented the 40R Smart Growth Zoning Program. He gave an informational presentation <br /> intended to provide background for any future 40R projects within Lexington. Following the <br /> presentation,there was a question and answer session with the HPB,the Select Board, and the audience <br /> asking questions. <br /> Both the HPB and the Select Board thanked Mr. Racicot for a very informative and useful presentation. <br /> There was no further business for the joint meeting.The joint meeting of the HPB and the Select Board <br /> was adjourned at 9:14 pm by Ms. Foutter. <br />
