T <br /> Housing Partnership Board <br /> Meeting Minutes for July 22, 2019 <br /> Attendees: Harriet Cohen,Jeri Foutter, Wendy Manz, Bob Pressman, Melanie Thompson, Melinda <br /> Walker, Betsey Weiss <br /> Absent: Mary Haskell, Paul Linton, Rich McDonough <br /> Guest: Elizabeth Rust, Regional Housing Services Office (RHSO) <br /> The Housing Partnership Board ("the HPB") met in joint session with the Select Board.The HPB was <br /> chaired by Ms. Foutter and minutes were taken by Ms. Cohen. <br /> After calling the meeting to order,the members of the HPB introduced themselves. Ms. Foutter then <br /> introduced Ms. Rust from RHSO. Ms. Rust presented information about the Chapter 40B process and <br /> background information on the proposed 840 Emerson Gardens project.There was a brief discussion <br /> and a question and answer period. <br /> The joint meeting was then adjourned by Ms. Foutter. <br />
