Minutes of the Community Preservation Committee <br /> Thursday, December 12, 2019 <br /> Parker Room <br /> Town Office Building <br /> 1625 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> 7:00 PM <br /> Committee Members Present: Marilyn Fenollosa (Chair), Charles Hornig (Vice Chair), David <br /> Horton, Jeanne Krieger, Robert Pressman, Lisah Rhodes, Melinda Walker. <br /> Absent:Joe Pato, David Langseth <br /> Ms. Fenollosa called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. <br /> 1) Needs Assessment- Ms. Fenollosa opened the public hearing on the 2019 Needs Assessment <br /> Report, copies of which had been made available at the Town Office Building and on-line. <br /> There being no public present to ask questions and/or make comment, the public hearing <br /> was subsequently closed. Ms. Fenollosa requested a motion for the report to be accepted <br /> and placed on the CPC website. The motion was made, seconded and approved by <br /> unanimous vote. <br /> 2) Other business-There being no further business of the Committee, a motion to adjourn was <br /> duly made, seconded and approved by unanimous vote.The meeting was adjourned at 7:05 <br /> PM. <br /> The following documents were submitted at the meeting: <br /> 1) CPA Needs Assessment Report dated December, 2019. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Marilyn Fenollosa <br /> Chair <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> 1 <br />
