Approximately 30 grant applications have been received. <br /> • Breakthrough Artist award will be considered this year. <br /> • REPORTS (10 minutes) <br /> • Secretary's Report(Seetha Ramnath) <br /> • September minutes approved (motion by Steve Poltorzycki, seconded by <br /> Shubhra Chandra) <br /> • Treasurer's Report <br /> • Update on State& Local budgets—State budget available for funding $6,565 <br /> local funds available approximately 50%of state funding. Local general ledger <br /> funds$7,500 available for matching grants and special cultural projects approved <br /> by Council.We will need to confirm with Krista Murphy what paperwork needs to <br /> be submitted when disbursing funds. <br /> • Communications Report <br /> • Website: www.lexartscouncil.arg <br /> • LexArts update (Steve Poltorzycki) <br /> 4. 2019-20 PLANNING (All Members).
