R— Richardson estate, I send you herewith my <br /> account as trustee under the deed made by Mr. Richardson to <br /> Mr. Spaulding, and also my account as executor under the will. <br /> The reason I have not filed the account in court is that I have <br /> been advancing large sums out of my own moneys to carry the <br /> estate along without sacrificing any part of it by the sale of <br /> land at the prices which have been offered, and I have been <br /> letting it run along in order that the income might reduce the <br /> indebtedness, and hoping also that I might sell something at a <br /> fair price which would enable me to settle the estate and turn the <br /> balance over to the trustee, under the will. <br /> You will see by the account that I have advanced as <br /> trustee $1315. C9, and as executor $142. 49. It is not a very <br /> wise thing for nn executor to do and I don't quite like to file <br /> a probate account showing a balance due me. <br /> Two or three times I have had 'prospective offers for the <br /> Everett property and once or twice have thought it sold, but the <br /> sale has fallen through and today there does not seem to be any <br />
