Hall, T_exingtr)n. <br /> VIZ. : To furnish and erect two i�76 Talker n,ri ek r-irnaces in r)ri ek�,Prork <br /> rear ixsed for t '�e Clii ison heaters . <br /> with galvanized smoke-pipe and check-damper, complete, with pipes and <br /> registers and stone borders, as follows:— <br /> These registers to be the best black. All registers in floors to be provided with nettings of <br /> galvanized wire. Where vertical pipes are placed in partitions, the woodwork to be protected <br /> with tin. All pipes to be provided with dampers in the basement. <br /> THIS APPARATUS will be furnished and set complete, in working order, including <br /> shovel and poker, with w ,.@ptiop of tke mason's and carpenter's work and material, for <br /> the sum of three hundred and fi fty-one dollars ($351. 00) <br /> payable upon completion of our work. <br /> The owner is to provide an adequate and properly-constructed chimney flue. Any <br /> changes in the chimney required by law, or to secure a proper draft, are to be made at his <br /> expense. The owner is also to provide suitable spaces for the hot-air pipes, of proper size <br /> and location, in accordance with our instructions. <br /> Each room which is intended to be thoroughly warmed should have a suitable exit flue <br /> or opening for ventilation, provided by the owner. <br /> A cold-air box is necessary for the proper operation of this furnace. It is to be pro- <br /> vided by the owner, of size to be specified by us, and located in accordance with our <br /> instructions. <br /> In case of fire, strikes or other occurrences beyond our control, we shall not be held to a <br /> fulfillment of our contract.
