Bayley , and Robert P. Clapp ; constituting a sub-committee of the general build- ing cc..unittee which has in charge the matter of building for the tour the new High School House now in process of construction, WITNESSETH THAT (1) In consideration of the aoreemer_t of the party of the second part herein contained, the party of the first part, said "`° Cleghorn, hereby undertakes and agrees to furnish all the materi- als for, and accomplish the work of, installing in the Lexington_ High School Building, now in process of erection_, a heating and ven_tilatin ; system and apparatus therefor , in accordance with the requirements of the Specification hereto annexed, prepared by Cooper & Bailey , and of the heating and ventilating plans lately submitted by F. S. Cleghorr_ (coffbination gravity and blower sys- tem) , said Cleghorr_ agreeing to do so on the following 'oasis and terms : (a) Actual cost to him of the labor of his workmen ( includ- ing man superintending on the premises the work of installation) plus twenty per cent (20�.) ; said Cleghorn hereby guaranteeing that the amount on which this percentage is to be added shall not ex- ceed six hundred dollars (Af00) .
