<br />TOWN BULLETIN <br /> <br /> <br />RE: Office of the Attorney General <br />Approval of General and Zoning By-Law Amendments approved at the <br />2017 March Annual Town Meeting <br /> <br />DATE: July 31, 2017 <br /> <br />The Town Clerk has received notice from the Attorney General, dated July 31, 2017 of approval <br />of amendments to the General and Zoning By-Laws voted at the 2017 March Annual Town <br />Meeting under Articles 35, 37, 38, 41, 43, and 44. The AGs Office issued its decision on Article <br />46 separately on July 11, 2017; this decision is on file with the Town Clerk. The current <br />bulletin is notification therefore only of approval of Articles – 35, 37, 38, 41, 43, and 44. <br /> <br /> <br />2017 March Annual Town Meeting <br /> <br /> <br />Zoning Bylaws: General Bylaws <br />Article 41 - Revise Definitions Article 35 - NCD Technical Changes <br />Article 43 - Economic Development Refinements Article 37 - Trees <br />Article 44 – Brookhaven (Owner Article) Article 38 – Revolving Funds <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />In accordance with Ch. 40 §32 of the Massachusetts General Laws, these amendments are hereby <br />posted in a public place in each precinct of the Town for public inspection. <br /> <br />Maps and documents pertaining to Zoning Articles may be viewed at the Planning Office and <br />Town Clerk’s Office. <br /> <br />Claims of invalidity by reason of any defect in the procedure of adoption or amendment of <br />Zoning Bylaws may only be made within ninety days of this posting.
