Minutes of the Community Preservation Committee <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Thursday, December 13, 2018 <br /> Parker Meeting Room <br /> Town Office Building <br /> 1625 Massachusetts Avenue <br /> 7:00 PM <br /> Committee Members Present: Marilyn Fenollosa (Chair); Dick Wolk (Vice-Chair), Charles <br /> Hornig, David Horton, Joe Pato, Bob Pressman, Lisah Rhodes, Melinda Walker. <br /> Absent:Jeanne Krieger <br /> Administrative Assistant: Gina Federico <br /> Ms. Fenollosa called the meeting to order at 7:01 PM. <br /> 1) Needs Assessment- Ms. Fenollosa opened the public hearing on the 2018 Needs <br /> Assessment Report, copies of which had been made available at the Town Office <br /> Building and on-line. <br /> There being no public present to ask questions and/or make comment, the public <br /> hearing was subsequently closed at 7:06 PM. Ms. Fenollosa requested a motion to <br /> approve the 2018 Needs Assessment Report as amended.
