Greeting. <br />You are hereby required in the n=ame of the <br />Commonwealth of Massachusetts to notify and warn <br />all the Inhabitants of the Town of Lexington afore- <br />aaid who are qualified by I.aw to Vote int town af- <br />fairs to Assemble at the Meetinghouse in sd town <br />on Monday the sixth day of March next at one oclock <br />P M to act on the following articles Viz <br />Article lst. To choose a Moderator togovern the <br />sd meeting <br />Art 2nd a To choose Town. Officers for the year en- <br />suing : as the law directs. <br />Art 3rd. To see if the town will suffer their swine <br />to go at large the ensuing year <br />Art 4th. To see if the town will restrain Cattle <br />from going at large the year ensuing under the <br />penalty provided by Inc <br />Art 5th. To see if the town will. suspend the <br />operation of an, Act respecting killing certain Birds <br />within the limits of sd town <br />Art 6th To see what method the town will take to <br />Repair their Highways for the year ensuing and what <br />sum of money they will grant for the same <br />
