Lexington Town Records <br />1791 - 1805 <br /> <br />(6) <br />Assessors <br />Return <br />Assesors <br />acct o <br />allow,d <br />(7) <br />Orders to <br />Colo <br />Mu nr o <br />Mr® Jos. <br />Simonds <br />Colour <br />Munr oe <br />At a Meeting of the Selectmen Octr. 28th 1791 <br />Accepted the return of the Assessors lTiz To the <br />Selectmen of the Town of Lexington Gentlemen, we the <br />Subscribers agreable to the Grant made by said <br />Town on Monday May the 9th 1791 we have Assessed <br />the Town of Lexington, the Sum of two hundred and <br />Ninety four pounds Nineteen shillings and Nine <br />pence and have Commi ted Lists to the Constables as <br />follows (viz) <br />Mr. Ebenezer Munroe to Collect and pay into the <br />Town Treasurer of Said Town, for the Time being <br />the Sum of T,J7 S9 D1 gl <br />it being his part of the Town Rate <br />'also to collect and pay in of the Minister Rate <br />the Surra of ;29 S3 d4 <br />To Mr ® Nathan Chandler, the other Constable to <br />Collect and Pay in the Sum of 111.30 '10 . 3 1 <br />it being his part of the Town Rate also to Collect <br />and pay in of the Minister Rate the . Joseph Simonds for 63/ <br />48/ paid the At t ourney at Concord on the affair of <br />Cambridge Bridge, and 15/ for three days attendance <br />at the Court of Common Pleas - <br />also Granted an order to pay Colo° Munroe 7/ for <br />going to Medford on the Babtists affair and Meeting <br />the Committee at Capt Lock's and Capt: Browns <br />
