Members present <br />were: Dr. William L. Cosgrove, Chairman; James W. Lambie, Dr. Charles E. <br />Ellicott, and George A. Smith, Director of Public. Health. <br />The minutes of the September 9, 1975 meeting were approved as read. <br />Mr. Smith explained to the Board that he had to cut back on the lead- <br />based paint inspections and adopt a priority rating for inspections.
