Members <br />present were: Dr. William Cosgrove, Chairman; Mr. James <br />Lambie, Dr. Charles Ellicott and George A. Smith, Director of <br />Public Health. <br />The minutes of the meeting held July 1, 1974, were ap- <br />proved as read. <br />The application for a permit to keep 10 horses <br />L.
