The clerk reported that on December 10, 1973, she wrote to the Kleinmanns denying their permit to keep the animals and granting them until December 28, 1973 to make other arrangements for the animals. On December 27, 1973, Mrs. Kleinmann called the Health Office and requested one weeks extension because the person taking the animals had not com- pleted the building for housing the animals. Dr. Cosgrove granted this extension. On December 28, 1973, a letter was received at the Health Office from Mr. Kleinmann which stated that Mr. Hoover, onAof the objectors, had withdrawn his ob- jection. The situation was explained to her and she was also told that Mr. Kleinmann indicated that Mr. Hoover had with- drawn his objection. She was asked to write a letter to the Board re -stating her objection and at that time she also said she would check with Mr. Hoover.
