Lovering to keep Animal <br />two horses on her premises at 37 Grove Street was approved Permits <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Due concern and consideration shall be given by the <br />permitee to the immediate neighbor, Mr. Walter G. Hatch, <br />33 Grove Street, with respect to flies, rodents and odors <br />that may result from keeping horses on their property. <br />LOVERING <br />2. The low drainage area near the barn will be filled or <br />drained and not used by the horses. <br />3. It is understood that any annoying factors associated with <br />keeping 2 horses at 37 Grove Street, with respect to the near- <br />ness of the barn to the house at 33 Grove Street shall be cause <br />for immediate revocation of the permit. Not withstanding com- <br />pliance with the general provisions contained in the regula- <br />tions to keep animals in the Town of Lexington. <br />The application of William Mason to keep one pony on his <br />premises at 904 Mass Ave. was evaluated by the Board. It was <br />noted that two of the cards returned by the abuttors objected to <br />the keeping of a pcny on this property, one for health reasons. <br />Mr Heustis was instructed to get additional information regarding <br />those objections. No action was taken on this application pend- <br />ing evaluation of more detailed information. <br />The following permits and licenses were signed by the Board: <br />Animal Permits <br />John D. Members <br />present were: Dr. William L. Cosgrove, Chairman, Dr. Charles <br />Ellicott. Mr. James W. Lambie and Robert C. Heustis, Director of <br />Public Health. <br />
